we can manufacture pressure vessel and reactors with volume range between 100 litres to 40000 litres.

Type of agitation : we have options like paddle, anchor, turbine, or propeller agitators.

Agitator assembly : we can provide complete agitator assembly including, agitator shaft, couplings, bearing housings, mechanical seals, motor with gear box tailored to client requirements.

If the vessel be used as reactor, then jacket for heat transfer can be half-coil limpet for thermic fluid operations or Jackets for steam operations.

We have in-house labour for insulation including wool, fibreglass, and rock wool with cladding in SS, MS, Aluminium and GI.

Inhouse machines for sheet rolling and section bending.

TIG & MIG chosen based on material thickness, joint strength requirements and code specifications. NDT (Non-destructive testing) can be done on request. We have association with nearest NDT lab.

Depending on the process and hygiene requirements MAT finish or buffing (mirror) finish can be done on stainless steel. Electropolishing, sand blasting can be managed by third party supplier.

Flanges, nozzles, and other features are machined to precise dimensions for proper installation and connection. In house facility for lathe machining.

• Dimensional inspection : we Ensuring all components and the final vessel meet the design specifications in terms of size, geometry, and tolerances.
• Pressure testing : we provide hydrostatic pressure tests exceeding their operating pressure to verify strength and leak tightness.
• Material testing : Material TC (test certificate) are provided to client to ensure the chosen material meets the required chemical and mechanical properties.
• Non-destructive testing : We offer third party NDT tests like radiography, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle inspection assess weld integrity and potential material defects.

Depending on the environment and process requirements, protective coatings may be applied to the vessel's exterior or interior like Rubber or FRP lining.
